Travelers from North America can access Queensland via two international airports - Brisbane and Cairns. Several major international airlines offer flights into both airports. Qantas and Virgin Australia have direct non-stop services from Los Angeles to Brisbane. These flights are the quickest way from the West Coast of the US into Australia, with a flying time from LAX of just 13 hours.
Qantas also has a direct non-stop service from Dallas Fort Worth to Brisbane, and code shares with American Airlines on all of their flights from the United States. Delta Air Lines and United Airlines fly direct from Los Angeles to Sydney, Air Canada flys direct from Vancouver to Sydney, with connections into Queensland's airports.
Queensland is also well serviced by Australia’s domestic carriers Qantas, Virgin Australia and Jetstar, each flying to a large network of regional and city airports.
